German Verbs : A Word Search Puzzle for German Learners

We have made a puzzle for you, in which you need to find German infinitives hidden in a word search grid. Once you’ve found them all, match them to the corresponding images. Don’t go thinking it’s easy, though. Far from it! The words are hidden in every direction: including diagonally and backwards. 

We used the following words in the puzzle:

arbeiten : to work

backen : to bake

bauen : to build

essen : to eat

fliegen : to fly

lachen : to laugh

lesen : to read

rennen : to run

schlafen : to sleep

schreiben : to write

springen : to jump

tanzen : to dance

trinken : to drink

werfen : to throw
